Meet Diane, our most dedicated volunteer and friend. When Diane first came to one of our potential volunteer tours, she was very sceptical that she would really be needed since BrightHaven seemed to be so well-run, clean and full of happy animals. Despite her reservations she decided to give it a go and soon realized that the work was never-ending. Diane comes at least twice a week (more often if needed) to help with a variety of chores, she runs lots of errands and prepares the vegetables for our cat and dog food in her home. She has become absolutely invaluable to us and we feel lucky to have her.

Diane has been holistically minded for years and works natually with her own cats, including feeding a natural diet.
